I ordered plates from you last November for a photo shoot, and they still have not arrived.
Communication has been extremely disappointing. I only received a response in March after multiple follow-ups, with an apology citing a shortage out of Spain. Since then, there has been no meaningful resolution, and my most recent email has gone unanswered.
Your core customer base is chefs, people who live and breathe hospitality. The standard we operate by is clear communication, accountability, and taking care of the guest. That standard has not been met here.
At this point, I’m not just looking for another apology. I’m looking for action. A simple gesture such as sending available pieces while the rest are fulfilled, or even proactive communication, would go a long way.
Please provide a clear update on my order and a concrete resolution timeline immediately.
