Are your plates dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. Our tableware is crafted from high-quality, durable ceramic and is dishwasher and microwave safe unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Do you offer discounts for restaurants and bulk orders?

Yes! Order 12+ pieces and save 7%, or 24+ pieces and save 12% – the discount is applied automatically in your cart. For larger projects and custom quotes, contact us at support@tableglow.it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Italy is €9.99 (free over €490). Germany and the rest of the EU €29 (free over €590). We also ship to the UK, USA and Australia – all details in our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination – see our Shipping Policy for details. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Ceramics are fragile – if anything arrives damaged, simply send us a photo at support@tableglow.it and we will ship a free replacement right away.

Is every piece really handmade?

Yes – each piece is individually crafted. Small variations in glaze and shape are part of its unique character, not a flaw.

Very nice plates, but difficult to stack and store.
The only really negative experience is the time of delivery. More than a year!!!
