B2B volume pricing
Three tiers, counted across your whole order
Your B2B price is calculated on the net list price. Which tier applies depends on the total number of pieces in your order.
- 1–99 pieces−20%
- 100–199 pieces−25%
- 200+ pieces−30%
The piece count is the total of your whole order – all products together, freely mixable. You don’t need to order 100 of one product.
Gift cards are excluded. The binding price is the one in your quote.

Enter your company details once: company name, contact person, email, country and – for EU businesses – your VAT ID. No account or password needed.

Shop at net prices
The shop switches to Business: prices are shown excluding VAT, and product pages show your B2B volume pricing.

Request a quote
Mix any products in your cart. It shows your tier and an estimated B2B net total – “Request a quote” sends us your cart together with your company details.

Receive your offer
Your offer arrives by email. You pay in advance by bank transfer, and we ship your order as soon as the payment has arrived.

Who can use business prices?
Restaurants, hotels, caterers, bakeries, cafés and other businesses. Business prices are for businesses only, not for consumers – that’s why we ask for your company details once.
Do I need a VAT ID?
Yes, if your business is based in the EU (including Italy) – we check it in VIES. Outside the EU it is optional. Italian businesses can also add their SDI code or PEC address and their Codice Fiscale for the electronic invoice (optional).
Is there a minimum order?
No. B2B pricing starts with the first piece at −20%, rises to −25% from 100 pieces and to −30% from 200 pieces.
How are the pieces counted?
All pieces in your order count together, across all products. Example: 60 dinner plates + 30 deep plates + 20 bowls = 110 pieces, so −25% applies to all 110. Gift cards are not included.
How do payment and shipping work?
Payment is always made in advance by bank transfer; we ship as soon as your payment has arrived. Shipping is charged at the shop’s rates, and delivery times are as shown in the shop.
Can I combine B2B prices with discount codes?
No. B2B prices are calculated on the net list price, so shop promotions and discount codes do not apply on top.
Do you work with resellers and distributors?
Yes. For resale we offer separate terms (EXW) on request. Contact us
How do I switch back to private prices or remove my details?
Use the “Private | Business” switch at the top of the page (on phones and tablets: in the menu) – switching back to Private never needs the form. Your company details are saved on this device so that the quote form is pre-filled. To delete them, select the active “Business” button again and choose “Remove company details from this device”.
