Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 15 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received for the returned goods without undue delay and no later than 10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned items.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Please note:
Once the plates have been used, they are no longer eligible for return or refund.
Damage during return shipping:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are securely packaged for return.
If the returned items arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging or handling during return shipping, no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
Within Europe:
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.
Exception: For sample orders within Europe, we provide a free return shipping label.
Outside Europe (e.g. USA):
No free return shipping label is provided.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Express Shipping
If express delivery was selected at checkout, the additional cost for express shipping is non-refundable in the event of a withdrawal.
The refund applies only to the product price.
Non-Acceptance of Delivery
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery and the parcel does not return to us, no refund will be issued.
A refund can only be processed once the goods have been successfully returned to us and inspected.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery
