En me remboursant les 2 assiettes arrivées ébréchées
It has a big chip chip on the side when it arrived. I would like a refund or a replacement
Store owner replied: Hello Eric, thank you for your message and for sharing the photo — we’re very sorry to see this. This is definitely not the condition your plate should arrive in. Of course, we will take care of this right away. We can offer you either a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. Please reach out to us via email so we can resolve this quickly and smoothly for you. Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Best regards, Tableglow
First - i would like to mention that the dishes are very good quality and i’d say they are worth it. Additionally the staff were very polite and understanding, BUT I had to wait more than a month to receive them. Just for reference I live in Europe(Italy). There was some kind of misunderstanding with the delivery process and the problem was the delivery company not TableGlow. While TableGlow could’ve taken this matter more seriously at the end the order was delivered. This is a positive review, but i had to acknowledge the delivery problem as this could happen again to someone else.

These plates are beautifully finished and pleasant to handle. They look just as appealing close up as they do as part of the table setting. They have left me with a very positive impression, and I am happy to recommend them. Both the visual impression and the feel in the hand matter to me, and these satisfy me. 🙂
