Order Processing and Delivery Information

At Tableglow, we aim to offer a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Please read the following information carefully, as it forms an integral part of our shipping and delivery terms.

Order Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 2–7 business days after receipt of payment.

Please note that some of our products are handcrafted or made-to-order. In such cases, production times may vary and can take up to 1–4 months, depending on availability and artisanal production schedules.
If extended production time applies to your order, you will be informed prior to dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 1–12 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Customs clearance procedures
Import regulations of the destination country
Weather conditions
Carrier-related delays

If you do not receive tracking information within 8 business days after dispatch, or if your order has not arrived within 19 business days from the order date, please contact us at support@tableglow.it.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT)

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and clearance charges are NOT included in our product prices or shipping fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

For all international shipments outside the European Union, the customer acts as the importer of record and is solely responsible for:

Payment of all import duties and taxes
Customs clearance requirements
Any additional fees charged by local authorities or carriers

Refusal to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation, refund, or free return.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, destroyed, or abandoned due to the recipient’s refusal or failure to pay import-related charges, any resulting costs (including return shipping, storage, or disposal fees) will be borne by the customer.

🇮🇹 Italy – €9.99 | Free from €490
🇩🇪 Germany – €29.00 | Free from €590
🇪🇺 EU – €29.00 | Free from €590
🇬🇧 United Kingdom – £39.00 | Free from £590
🇺🇸 United States – $79.00 | Free from $890

Deliveries to remote areas, islands, or requests for express shipping may incur additional charges. Any applicable extra costs will be communicated before dispatch.

Express Shipping

If express shipping is selected:

The express shipping fee is non-refundable, even in the event of withdrawal or return.
Any potential refund applies only to the product price, and only after the goods have been returned to us in original condition.

Returns & Failed Deliveries

For deliveries outside Europe (including the USA):

Return shipping costs are not covered by Tableglow
No free return label is provided
Refunds can only be processed once the goods have been returned and inspected
